NP IPTV is a fully functional software solution enables Service
Providers to offer IPTV functionality via the Residential
Gateway. It allows a NAT-PassThrough of the content streaming
from the Service Provider's Media Headend and delivers it
directly to the Set Top Box in the user's home.
It performs IGMP snooping to filter out unnecessary traffic.
It supports latest wiring-based technologies such as HomePNA,
MoCA, and HomePlug to connect multiple devices to the home
network. Kenati has implemented TR-111 and other proprietary
logic so that the STB becomes a part of the Service Providers'
network and can be remotely managed by them.
NP IPTV can be easily combined with NP Gateway, NP Broadband,
NP Wireless, NP VoIP and NP Secure to create a comprehensive
networking solution. NP IPTV is shipped with a Development
Kit for customers who require to build upon or integrate
with the existing platform.
